Please join us for another great opening at the Hamilton Gallery, 2927 Hamilton Avenue in Northeast Baltimore, 21214.  Enjoy original artwork by our guest artist, Crystal Dunn.  Known for her original style, Crystal has shown her work throughout the Baltimore Metro area, as well as galleries in New York and other parts of the country and Europe.  The flowing tentacles of Crystal’s octopus can be seen gracing the winding staircase of the Hamilton Arts Collective.  Crystal has taken part in numerous community mural projects in Lauraville & in Hamilton.

Workshop starts at 6p and 7p (if there is enough demand)

Join the Herring Run Watershed Association at the lot across from the Safeway on Harford Rd. with other vendors selling locally grown food, native plants, and more. We'll be hosting a build your own rain barrel workshop from 6p through the end. Please RSVP to reserve a barrel. You'll learn how to build a barrel and see an installation at the Market.
A barrel can fit into the back of most sedans.

Cost of the workshop is $60 for nonmembers and $40 for current members of HRWA. Cash,

The word has gotten out that we have a great local market on the Hamilton-Lauraville Main Street.  Located at 4500 Harford Road, across from Safeway, our "Tuesday Market at the Connection" will continue to run every Tuesday evening from 4-8pm until the end of October.  As produce is now becoming available, we have five farmers committed to the market.  In addition to the wonderful prepared food made mostly by our local businesses and community members, you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, flowers and  dairy.  We have some beautiful jewelry, stained glass, oils & fragrances, tee shirts, health & wellness products to name a few.  Music can be heard on some market nights and there is a play area for the kids.  Pets are not preferred due to health department regulations.  Please plan to stop by your local market to enjoy an evening with your family and friends after a long day of work!
